The airport of Bora Bora is located on motu Mute (islet) in the northern part of the island. Upon arrival, all travelers will have to catch a shuttle boat to Bora Bora main island or directly to their hotels.

There is a minimum of 5 daily flights to Tahiti ( 9 flights on Saturdays). Raiatea, Huahine, Moorea as well as Rangiroa and Manihi are also directly connected to Bora Bora.

Transfers from the airport to Vaitape

Air Tahiti has its own shuttle boat and ensures the connection between Vaitape and the airport that lasts for approximately 20 minutes.

Moreover, all deluxe resorts (Hotel Bora Bora, Meridien, Pearl Beach Resort, Sofitel, Bora Bora Lagoon Resort, Moana Beachcomber Inter-Continental and Bora Bora Eden Beach) also have their private shuttles. Just report to the hotel’s desk at the airport and they will take care of your transfer.
